My client wants me to get rid of the red bar on the top of the classified starter kit. When I remove this, it reveals a set of underlines that seem to corespond with the links on the tabs at the top of the page yet several lines below. For instance, when
I highlight the Home link, the underline gets highlighted and when I highlight the underline, the Home link gets highlighted... this happens even though the tabs are several lines above the underline.
I've been trying to modify the CSS elements for the tab clas (I forget the name of the class off hand) but I have not been able to get these extra underlines to go away.
Any ideas??? This occurs on both IE 8 and Firefox.

I haven't used the starter kits, but it sounds like this is a hyperlink css issue. Look for css classes that use "a" as the tag to decorate, such as "a" "a:hover" "a:visited" etc.
Add "text-decoration:none;" to those css classes to remove the underline from that hyperlink type. (You can also try in-line styles to test.)

Just assign a css class.
And set text decoration to None.
If that doesn't work let's see some code.
