I have 5 columns(Id, Time, Server, total count, time report ran) I want sort just the ID, Time, totalcount columns ascending by time. I do not want the total count and time report ran to be touched. How can I do this in VB.net to excel. Also do I need to
fill the columns first from my array or?

Sort the results in your query and fill it in a datatable or Get the results in a datatable and then sort using the following link
Then export datatable to Excel

Well what if the data is already in memory for the excel sheet? I am parsing a txt file and then putting it into an array. then processing the array to excel etc.
