I need to build a Content Management Service(CMS). My CMS is actually the back office of my real web site. My CMS will have the ability to create a page. On doing this, all the details will be inserted into the database, let say in the table "PageDetails".
And wen i access this newly created page on the front, it will appear as i created it on my cms. Note that, the cms will not create aspx files but alll the details stuff will be stored in the database. That is nothing is stored in the disk, but in database.
So can anyone tell me how to proceed with this.
Especially how can we create a "virtual page" or "dynamic page"? Will this be associated with the Http Modules and VirtualPathProvider?
Please, if its possible, dun give links to MSDN. Its not well documented there.
If its possible, provide me some work example, video tutorials or any kind of tutorials.
Thanks a lot for ur help

Instead of walking down the path of creating your own CMS, why not use a free alternative such as
http://umbraco.org/ where all this stuff have been tested by many users.
At this time, there is no longer any point in creating your own CMS from scratch unless you have some very specific issues/concerns.

There are many open source CMS out there for you to download. If you're into .NET, you might want to consider DotNetNuke or SiteFinity.
