Looks like your images didnt work.
These forums dont provide image hosting and from looking in the source code you have put paths to local folders on your computer.
You can upload the images to any of the online services such as ImageShack

My problem has solved.
Just make a css class in master page
and give textbox property cssclass="'RadTextBox"

Here are some additional solutions from the Telerik.com forums for using RadTextBox in RadSplitter with a width set to 100%:
Hope that helps any that follow with this issue. Glad to see you found a solution, Mamta.

If you're using the Q2 2009 or later RadControls, there is actually a simple property you can set on RadInput to solve this resizing issue when working with % widths. The new property looks like this:
<telerik:radtextbox width="100%" ShouldResetWidthInPixels="false" />
Try setting that and see if that helps. With this setting, you shouldn't need the 99% CSS style rule. If you're not using RadInput Q2 2009 or greater, and your RadInputs are located in fluid container in the RadSplitter, you will need to set a 99% width
rule on the container. Details:
Hope that helps!
