I'm testing my site until I received the following error:
"Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 0"
This error doesn't occur until I use RadLoadingPanel on my web application. Can anyone tell what does this error means, what its cause, and how to fix it?

Try to put validaterequest=”false” in your page directive and test. If it is not working,
Do your testing in IE and probably you would get some error number other than zero
and check that error number in this site

Is their any other way to eliminate this error? I need my website to work on different browsers. Thanks in advance!

This is a known issue. If the above said solutions not worked, Try to add EnableEventValidation="false"
in your page directive. But its a compromise in site security .

It didn't work either. And sometimes another error message appears.
Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException: The message received from the server could not be parsed. Common causes for this error are when the response is modified by calls to Response.Write(), response filters, HttpModules, or server trace is
