We are creating a new hmc 4.5 environment and as I read from technet that virtualization is not supported it is still possible to virtualize all beside provisioning servers, right???
I susspect that is was true while documentation was written. It that time (before change general MSFT policy for virtualization, and before publishing Hyper-V it was true. Currently Exchange is supported on wide range hypervisors (Hyper-V ESX/ESX both some
3.5 and 4.0 versions, Citrix)
I've some components virtualized - it works properly.
But I don't meet official information about supporting HMC on virtualization.

I mean like dc, mailbox servers, ISA etc?
Any comments/experience??

I'm not sure of this, but my understanding is that the Exchange Team provided only "Best Effort" support for Exchange products on non approved hypervisors. I didn't have any issues in my HMC lab environment using 100% virtualization, but I have had incidents
where Microsoft support refused to continue troubleshooting on Edge Transport over VMWare 3.5.

Functionality is usually not an issue in virtualize environment. It is how the virtual machines work when it is under stressed and when it host so many users.
We have all servers - except ISA - running on Core Hyper-V boxes. No problems.
When properly designed, I don't see why there would be an issue.
Running ISA(s) as a VM is not something I would do though ...

Excuse the reposts, IE8 and this site don't seem to get along without "Compatibility View"

HMC 4.5 is not advisable under virtualization moreover in production environment.
