You upload them as a regular file.
You will need to set some settings in your web.config file in order to allow upload of a bigger control
You will need to set the MaxRequestLength in your web.config to be a big enough. This tells ASP.NET / IIS how big files should they try to upload. If the file is bigger than this number IIS / ASP won't even try to upload it. Also you will need
to be careful for timeouts. If for example the file is big and the connection is slow - the IIS may end up with time out as the upload is not finished within this time.
Let me know if you have questions or need further assistance.

Also i need some thing to make the upload faster.
It should not take 2-3 hours to upload a 200 mb video
