i have downloaded a mail using pop3 protocol.
The body of the mail contains some hexadecimal characters in between the text. how can i delete those characters to get the original text.Pls any one help me.

Those will most likely be control characters like line feed or carriage return.
Some methods for stripping them out would be :-
Using reg ex (This also strips spaces though) :-

Using .Replace :-
