The tutorial shows an image of the files you should have after a download and includes a membership folder and an image folder. It also shows a vsi file that should be downloaded.
The latest download page does not contain these files. I downloaded what was there (zip files) but after unzipping all, there is no image file or membership file.
Is there another download package somewhere that has this vsi file ? Also, I do not have these templates in my visual studio program after unzipping .

I wouldn't worry too much about the screenshot matching your local files.
The screenshot might be out of date and not reflect the version you downloaded or include other items than just the CSS Friendly Adapters. The more important part is if the CSS adapters work correctly ;)
You can find the latest relese of the CSS Friendly Control Adapters on CodePlex:
Be aware that you can download two versions, one including the source code and one which only contains the compiled assembly.
If you're still having problems, could you please mention which documentation or tutorial you are refering to?

I was hoping they had one website in the package I could look at so I could see how to create - what all was included in the menu they show at following link:
I need to know which skin and which css stylesheet file I need to include to get that. The project I downloaded only has one simple menu and one tree view menu, neither of which show that pretty blue menu.

To recreate the menu they show in that tutorial, you can use the following files:
The style sheet, skin files...etc. are all browsable by using the treeview on the left of the screen.
I also wrote an article about styling the standard ASP.NET Menu control using the CSS Friendly Adapter a while ago.
It might be of interest to you:

Hi and thanks for help.
I went to that source example here:
and it shows a list to the left of screen with items under "Menu".
Do I need to add all of those folders & pages to my site for this to work?

Thanks - Yes, that is the place I was talking about in my previous post...
I just wanted to confirm I needed all those files. It seems like a lot of files and folders just for a menu.
