Hi there, I copy below my reply to your original thread (http://forums.asp.net/p/1424563/3176927.aspx#3176927). Keep in mind that it doesn't really matter in which solution your test project exists on, the key is for the browser to load the content of both
frames from the same domain.
"Ok, if both of your websites are in the same box then you should have no problem as long they are on the same website in IIS. Just make sure the host name is exactly the same when you navigate to the frameset page as the url that you are using within your
For example, if your test has
HtmlPage page = new HtmlPage("http://mysite/myapplication/page.aspx");
Then when you load the frameset, make sure you navigate to "http://mysite/mytestapplication/test"
This way, the browser will think that the content of both applications come from the same domain and allow cross frame interaction. Let me know if that works out for you.

They are not in the same IIS website I put the tests in another website so that it would be seperated from that website. So is there still a way to allow the tests to be able to access the website without actually having them in the website itself.

Not without one of the techniques discussed in the other thread.
Just to clarify, you can isolate your app under test from the test app if you place them in different "web applications" in IIS. They will be totally isolated but your test app will be capable of automating the app under test. However, if you create separate
"web sites" in IIS and put each app in a different web site, then the browser will dissallow communication between frames.

Could you give more information regarding your scenario? What do you mean by "the page which i m loading to test contains the controls in center which is in other page" ? Do you mean that your page contains an iFrame?
