I am truly surprised to understand that your current host does not permit any web.config file on your account. If you do not have a web.config file, how can you set the connection string to your database (in case you require one)? Besides, how can you set other
features that are inside the web.config file such as customError, Authentication, etc.
I suggest you to look for the other host as a host that does not support web.config seems unreasonable, especially you are hosting a .NET site! Hope this helps :)

web.config files are configuration files for an application so you have to keep it .
any specific reasons to erase web.config.

I didnt explain my self ,as they erased
<authentication mode="Forms"/> from the web.config file.
Now what do i do about authentication without any line I can add?

So they won't allow you to use Form Authentication??? This is not possible.
If they don't give you a good answer, you should move your site because they probably have no idea what they are doing.

I also believe that this is some kind of error. Ask your hosting provider what the problem is and why they have edited your web.config file.
