Try adding medium trust to your web.config
<trust level="Medium" originUrl="" />
More info @
Also you could add debug=true to the page to view more of the error, as the page shows you, Like
1. Add a "Debug=true" directive at the top of the file that generated the error. Example:
<%@ Page Language="C#" Debug="true" %>
2) Add the following section to the configuration file of your application:
Hope it helps, good luck

just remove debug=true snippet from this page's metadata. Since its a production website, you should not allow any debugging on the webserver.
and try adding in your web.config

Oh one more thing, do you have any compilerOptions in the web.config ? if so remove them as I think you can only use them with full trust.
Setting debug whilst looking for a problem is fine, just remember to set to false when you go live.
Hope it helps

first of all thanks for replying..........
Now the thing is , i have all the settings done , you guys have told , compilation debug ="false" in web.config and also in page's metadata , also there is no compileroption defined as such in my web.config ..........well i dont think its something to do with
trust , as my main portal is running fine on another application directory , i guess there is some stupid mistake of either me or visual studio that making the erro , anyway i will try to get that done and if things are solved i will let you know the reason
Anyways once again thanks for replying and if u get around any possible answer , reply me
