Is it possible to implement host header mode in asp dynamically. For example I want to refer

No. But you can use a HTTP Rewrite to do this. Though it will rewrite it in the URL.

If the subdomains are different (in each request) and are changed dynamically it will be not possible even with URL rewriting, because you should also have correct DNS records. If the subdomains are known it will be possible to use URL rewriting.

You can do the host header mode most probably on your hosting control panel.
This can be done on within the IIS management configuration module on the hosting control panel where we can setup a new domain pointer from "www.mysubweb.myweb.com/mysubweb" to point to "www.myweb.com/mysubweb", this will eventually create a new host header
to the domain name.
Before you do this, remember to setup your DNS address correctly to your main domain name.
