I have a small Asp.Net (C#) web page that I would like to run on a PDA device. I have developed this as is so that I can utilise the FtpWebRequest class (which is not exposed within mobile development) so I am now hoping I can run my page on a PDA device,
thus enabling my FTP functionality.
The question is, how do I publish and hence host an asp file on my mobile device please?

Normal aspx web pages doesn't run on any windows enabled devices. we have separate forms called Mobile Web Form which share the same aspx extension. These pages run on Windows Mobile Pocket PC devices may be a PDA or a Smart Phone. we have separate set of
mobile controls for it too. to add a mobile web form, just right click website -> Add New Item -> select Mobile Web Form.

All PDA does not support file upload option. But there is no server control for uploadcontrol You have to use webaspx page instead of mobile aspx page. And then use file upload control of ASPX Control. Then you can able to upload file in PDA.
Note: Only few PDA browser support file upload option you can test with different PDA emulators

Hi there and thank you for the responses.
Looks like I have a lot of further investigation to do with all of this.
