You can override all asp server controls in mobile web forms using the device specific tag... Here is a code sample which can help you...
<mobile:Form id="" runat="">
<mobile:Panel id="" runat="">
<asp:SiteMapPath> //whatever asp control you want, you can use here, the intellisense will help you too...
Note: Do not give id and runat attributes for the <Device:Specific> tag. If you do so then you'll not be able to access your server controls in the code behind.
