Hello, I am unable to debug my ASP.NET 1.1 application.
It worked this morning. What had changed, was I had overwritten the folder in my "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\" directory on my local machine with what was out in production. So it may be a web.config issue, but I am not sure. Any ideas? The error I get is in
the image below. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

The problem is only with this application? Or every other application
Is this the root application.. If not check if there is any web.config in the root and if its a different version of .net

It's just with this application only.

Ok. Did you set up the asp.net version in IIS for this app correctly.. Also, check to see if the syntax in web.config is incorrect. Also, try running the application without debug. See if it runs successfully

It ran fine this morning. Then I replaced the folder on my local machine with the folder on production. That's when the problems started.

I understand that. But did you try what I was saying in my previous post.. Run without Debug works?

Please make sure the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ is the Local Path of Home Directory in IIS, and we can try to configurate your website as Application.
If there is web.config file in wwwroot folder, we can try to rename it.
