Could someone help me please? I have an ASP.NET application deployed on a server with IIS 7.0. With the URL used on port 8084 all the links in site work fine and allow you to access all the aspx pages in the apllication. But when you use port 80 in the URL there
is a problem. I have the default page displayed with the menu. Some links in the menu work well. When you click on them they allow you to access the corresponding aspx in the application. But one link doesn't work. It takes a selected value in a dropDownList
in one page and comunicate it to another page to be opened according to the link. I think Session ore ViewState doesn't work with port 80. Am I wrong. Could someone help me. Thank you.

The problem could be in ASP.NET code in your page. It could be set to use 8084 and when you change the port in IIS the application stop working, because it listens on 80, not on 8084 port.
Sorry, but it was submitted two times.
