I read at many places, if you repeat keywords in meta tags , bots may feel you are spamming which results in ban on your site in that particular search engine.
In my meta tag i have repeated keywords jobs & property many times..but i have no option as my site deals with these only..
Following meta tag is fine?
<meta name="description" content="Resident properties and jobs in India, Real estate in Bangalore, pune , mumbai , cheanni, hyderabad, Thane, Delhi . Search jobs , call center jobs, software jobs , upload resume. " />
<meta name="keywords" content="Residential property, homes, Indian real estate, indianproperties ,Properties India, Buy Property, Sell Property, makaan,Rent Property ,Indian Apartments, jobs in india, jobs in bangalore, jobs in delhi, jobs in hyderabad, jobs
in mumbai, jobs in chennai, jobs in pune, call center jobs, jobs in marketing," />

It will be not a problem, but you should check your format: "indianproperties ,Properties India" should be "indianproperties, Properties India" - I mean ", ", not " ," between words.

You won't be banned for this. There are many sites that repeat keywords, and search engines know that many of your phrases will use the same word over and over. It doesn't make sense to ban.
