Hi to all,
We are using Oracle Database for an ASP.Net application. In my Oracle database one record containing data as: njëmbëdhjetëæ!@#$%^&*()_ ãøàe-ré1ürkçå'
but when I retrive that data to a log file it is showing : nj?mb?dhjet??!@#$%^&*()_ ???e-r?1?rk??' sk?ytene
Correct output:-njëmbëdhjetëæ!@#$%^&*()_ ãøàe-ré1ürkçå' skøytene
MY Result: nj?mb?dhjet??!@#$%^&*()_ ???e-r?1?rk??' sk?ytene
Plz. help me to get the correct output.....

Change the response enconding to UTF-8.
You can change it in the web.config file in the globalization section or in the @Page directive of your page or by code with Response.ContentEncoding

Are you using raw SQL for the insert as in
INSERT INTO FRED (A) VALUES ('A Value')
if so change to
INSERT INTO FRED (A) VALUES (N'A Value')

Thanks for ur reply, but my problem is not yet solved. Actually am working on BusinessService, my BusinessService Methods will take inputs from an xml file and it will give output to the log or text file.
In oracle database it is showing
expected result:njëmbëdhjetëæ!@#$%^&*()_ ãøàe-ré1ürkçå' skøytene
is there any solution plz. let me know

How are your writing to the Oracle Database - via raw SQL or via stored procedures?
If you run an insert using TOAD or SQL*PLUS, does the data insert correctly?
