I saw this article:
http://wiki.asp.net/page.aspx/590/great-css-tutorials/ under Data Access->Data Centric...->GridView. I would have moved it but there is no place for CSS articles and I didn't see a way to create a new section.
way to move sections.

The sections are actually just wiki articles that contain child articles. So creating a new section can be accomplished by creating a new article that is not a child of an existing article. (There were a few generic submissions that were inadvertently done
in this way which created new top level sections that really should not exist. They haven't been moved yet though as there was not a good place [yet] to move them to.)
The HTML UI section already contains a couple CSS articles from when the wiki was primed. That might be a good place to consolidate any css topics.

Thanks Mike, that wasn't readily apparent. It also takes a bit of time for changes to show up in the "sections" DropDownList.

The navigation tree for the wiki has definately been "challenging". I've tried to maintain the relatively small top level collection of articles that the wiki was started with. There are a number of articles that don't seem to be very well positioned at
the moment but a better location for them does not as of yet exist. Perhaps it will get easier as the wiki grows, but perhaps it may also get harder...
