We can see in .NET 2.0 controls, we do have a file upload control <asp:fileupload which provides some mobile support. This is acheived using adapters and also a capability on the browsercapabilities called supportsFileUpload.

Hi Thanks for your suggestion. But thing is that in some smart phone we are not able to render the file upload control. So do you know how to check that the browser the request is coming from does not support file upload

Did u really manage to solve the problem of uploading files in mobile web application and now it works well?
Why just everybody says thank you to the answers when they did not really solve the problem. I still cannot upload file with using this thread
http://forums.asp.net/p/1222177/2244438.aspx#2244438 and the solution there.
If you search this Mobile and Handheld Devices forum, you can find several post on uploadfile control on mobile form, most of them marked as answered but still the problem is remain.
I want to say just one thing to the members here we are not here just to mark the posts as answered to gain points. We are here to solve others problem. Then Please help us practically. Giving some clues can not solve the problem of us because if we are
professional we do not come here to ask.
