I am having difficulty remotely accessing shared directories on another server with my domain. I have moved some of my databases to another server on the same domain. When I try to backup the DB's I am getting an error that states I do not have the "rights"
to the \\server\share. Looking at the event logs I am seeing these errors(*): Using this command " \\server\share" I can hit the share from any other server on the domain, it is just from this one particular server that the problem occurs. Is there a
security setting that needs to be changed or set?
*Windows cannot bind to <domain name> domain. (Local Error). Group Policy processing aborted.
* Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.
At this point I am stumped, can someone advise me as to a solution?
