when trying to delete a mailbox from a user we get the following error.
We have installed the Hotfix Rollup 4 on the MPS Server.
Error: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> Microsoft.Provisioning.Sdk.Xml.Serialization.ProvisioningException: A procedure tried to

You may have to look at the trace to find out what it is trying to deallocate and what is really being allocated on the current resource.
