Hi, I am facing a problem with in my asp pages. the problem is that some parts of my page in Arabic appears like this (???) and some parts within the same page are undamaged. I did the following settings:
<globalization requestEncoding="windows-1256" responseEncoding="windows-1256" />
in the master page header:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1256" />
in the page it self:
also I saved the page file in windows-1256 encoding, using VS save As tool .
is there any thing else that I should do?

Instead of using windows-1256 use utf-8 (Unicode).
Also, from File menu in VS use the Advanced Save Options and save your pages with utf-8 without signature.
These operations will help you with your problem.
