I have created an organization plan which is shown in the drop-down list when subscribing email. However i can't find the corresponding method to delete the organization plan. Let's say if the organization plan is not available anymore then how can i delete
it in provisioning web page?
thanks so much in advance

thank you for the reply. I have set the plan to "Disabled", however that organization plan remains in the drop-down list in sampleprovisioningUI. Is there a way to clear that item?
thanks very much again

Oh, sorry, I missed the point. Yes, SetPlanStatus to Disabled can't remove plans from the organization, just disabled it. The drop-down list in SampleProvisiongUI doesn't care about Plan StatusCode. So you should use
Hosted Email 2007::RemoveAvailablePlans to remove it from the drop-down list.
Example XML Request
<!--LDAP path of the organization-->
<!--FQDN of a domain controller. -->
<!--Defines which specific plans are available to this customer. -->
<!--The name of the desired service plan. Can occur multiple times in the node. -->
<execute namespace="Hosted Email 2007" procedure="RemoveAvailablePlans" impersonate="1">
<before source="data" sourcePath="organization" destination="executeData" mode="move" />
<before source="data" sourcePath="preferredDomainController" destination="executeData" mode="move" />
<before source="data" sourcePath="availablePlans" destination="executeData" mode="move" />
<after source="executeData" destination="data" mode="merge" />
And you can also find a sample on "<Installation Dir>:\Program Files\Microsoft Hosting\Provisioning\Samples\Hosted Email 2007\RemoveAvailablePlans.xml"

okay bit lost here. I have created my organisation plans using CreateSampleOrganizationPlans.xml which created the follwoing Organization Plans
I had an issue when I tried to specify a user plan I was getting a E_BLOCKMODEL_NO_RANKED_RESOURCES_FOUND error. What I noticed was CreateSampleOrganizationPlans.xml created plans that had larger mailboxes than what was set in the AddExchangeResources.xml.
What I did was create another set of organization plans called as per the below list with amended values. This time when using the SampleUI i don't get the error.
What I want to do now is delete all the plans ie: Organization and User and start from scratch but cannot work out how to do this. I have unsubscibed all the test business organizations and deleted via SampleUI.
I'm using the test sample as outlined in the documentation ie:fabrikam
For the life of me cannot get RemoveAvailablePlans.xml to work. The script states a LDAP path to AlpineSkiHouse which would indicate the user plans for that business. I tried changing it to
LDAP://OU=ConsolidatedMessenger,OU=Hosting,DC=Fabrikam,DC=Com and specifying a organization plan to remove but no luck.
I'm probably missing something obvious. Ideas?

I have driven several tests with Hosted Email 2007::RemoveAvailablePlans but it appears that it is served to remove user mailbox plan instead of organization plan. Because the the organizaton plan that i would like to delete in the "Subscribe" drop-down
list is still there. Is there any other way?

Thanks a bundle. Will need to test it out on the dev box.

I am in the same situation, I have multiple plans which are no longer required and have been disabled but are still visible in the sampleprovisioninui - I tried all the methods posted above & none of them seem to remove the plan from the SampleProvisioningUI,
any further ideas as to how we can achieve this?
