Well, that's one option. But it's not going to happen. None of the moderators is going to be formatting anyone's code...it's not our job and it isn't fun.
Another option would be to reject/delete the post. But that seems harsh, it would be better to let the poster see how bad their code looks after posting so they take more care in the future.
It's always possible to paste the code into Visual Studio and use Edit->Advanced->Format Document to see the code in a reasonable format.

The moderators would edit another members post only in very rare circumstances. for example, if a member inadvertently posted a connection string with a username and password, we might remove those security credentials from the post.
Keep in mind that the OP does have the ability to edit their post. So if they wish, they could correct the formatting of that post at any time.
