I was testing my application with local address 192.168.0.5. It uses ATLAS. Now I have public IP so I set up port forwarding just to test how does it work from public network.
It loads fine and quick. But none of the UpdatePanel triggers seem to work. There is simply no reponse for example when I click a link button which is supposed to show a panel on server-side on click. No error JS or otherwise is thrown from browser either.
There is simply no response on firing of a trigger.
Does ATLAS deployment need special IP infrastructure or something?
Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.
One thing I would like to add to my initial post.
I have opened port 54545 on my firewall/router and then I am redirecting or forwarding any request received on my public IP on this port to my local server on port 80. It does open and load the page but any interation through ATLAS after that does not work
So in short, http://PUBLIC_IP:PUBLIC_PORT/Default.aspx gets translated into http://INSIDE_IP:80/Default.aspx
However, users don't see that in the browser address bar. And I think that is normal behavior.
I think I am missing something silly here. If possible, please help me out by sharing your knowledge.
Thank you again.
