So what's the problem? Are you getting an error message from some code oyu have tried? Or do you not have any idea where to start? If it's the first, post the error message if Google doesn't help you get the answer. If its the second, try these Access
Or, try Googling "ASP NET HIT COUNTER"

First, thank you for this fast reply....
It`s second one. I˙ve been Googling for hours and find one big "NOTHING"... As I said before.... I have exampe or tutorial for OLE.DB (not DSL) connection. I use Dreamweaver to create my WebSite and ASP.NET VB.
Step by step tutorial would solve the problem.

Yes, yes...I know about that page. But... somewhere in the midlle of text you can see those lines "you'll quickly realize that it's set up to use our SQL Server and not Access. Getting it to use Access should not be difficult, but it's left as an
exercise for the reader". Well, I don`t have SQL server but IIS (Internet Information Services).Do you have any idea, how to change that code so it can be run on my server?
My database path is: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Moj dom\Database\KometariNaTeme.mdb
That database has only one table with two fields:1) ID and 2)

Also in that article is a link that shows you how to connect to Access. If you make a tiny bit more effort, you will find thousands of examples of how to connect to Access using OleDbConnection.
Including a load on my site:
If you really have no idea what you are doing, you would be best advised spending some time reading some of the tutorials I linked to earlier. If you want to become a web developer, you will have to put some effort in yourself. Please don't expect everyone
else to just provide working code for you. Nothing you want to do is difficult at all, so long as you are committed to having a try.
Oh, and ditch CS3 and use
Visual Web Developer instead. It will make life a lot easier for you.
