I have .net 2005 express edition installed in my system so I dont have .net tools->.net command prompt option.
Do you have any Ideas how can I access the .net command prompt ????
Please help me.

The tools will be in the .NET directory, but to have the actual .NET command prompt, you'd need C++ Express or a full edition of Visual Studio, if I remember correctly. Its just convenience though...the tools are still there, usually somewhere in C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework

I am not very sure about this because i never tried this. check this if this is working:
1. open a command prompt
2. and run this batch file "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\vcvarsall.bat"

I got it solved by installing the complete application instead of the express edition.

Yeah, like what was said: Either the full application, or C++ Express, would do the trick.
