I have a vss 2005 for a source control, i wonder how can I add projects and solution to this source control by visual studio 2005?
I hope that one expert can give me the steps for how to do that?

First of all you should create project using Source Safe Admin tool. It's easy. Just go to
File menu and the New database...
After that you will be able to create users for the SS database. Use Users menu to manage users for the new SS database.
Start Visual Studio and choose Tools/Options and select section
Source Control to set active versioning control that will be used by VS. If VSS is the only one versioning control on your machine it will be selected by default but anyway, check it to be sure.
After that just right click to your solution/project or whatever you want to be under your ss database and select
add solution/project/file to source control.. select destination in your new ss database and that's it in a short story.
I hope it was useful.
