I know, the last thread is allready about Entourage, and there are many others. But I'm very confused about it, there seem to be quite a lot of issues, so it's not allways clear which issue a statement refers to, and statements aren't allways consistent.
So, I'd like to beginn at the start, asking: How far is Entourage working in HMC?
Background: We got some Entourage 2006(?)-Users basically running, but they can't set delegates. An MS-Articel looks, like that's by design. Next, we want to introduce ISA-Proxys (by now we only use private Networks, so no ISA is needed), but I found an
Article, saying that Entourage will not cooparate with the ISA-Auth-Dll.
Maybe we could do some case-Studies in here. Who has Entourage up and runnig with wich configuration, what is Working, what isn't?

I think the most Entourage issues has nothing to do with HMC, but I'm not really an Entourage expert.
We have Entourage Clients successfull running with Form-Based authentication enabled on ISA 2006 Servers.
If you publish public folders in your environment, free/busy lookups should work with Entourage.
- Permission delegates should work as well, if you assign sharing permissions directly on the folders for which you want to assign a delegate
- GAL lookups doesn't work until you make your LDAP Server available to the outside
For publishing LDAP you can use ISA 2006 Ent. to act ISA like a proxy between clients and your internal AD by using ADAM.
Under the link below you will find a explanation about Microsoft Online Services and Entourage.
There is a link to a tool that comes from Microsoft and this add-on will enable GAL lookups by using OWA, but it is not offlical supported by Microsoft. This could be a workaround if you don't want to publish your LDAP.
