In HTTP GET form values are passed in querystring, so if your specified aspx page url.aspx then you can expect your url to look like url.aspx?ID=<ID>&Source=<source>...

Thanks very much for your reply, I don't acctually know when these ID, Source, Destination etc passed from my SMS provider. Will Page_Load do the job?
Also do you have any suggestions on how do I translate the "%20", and "comma" etc. in the url if they exist between the words? Thanks very much.
