First thanks for the link. But it's for ASP.NET 1.0 while I am using 2.0/3.5. Besides it's not a server control but a web page. I suppose I am not too greedy, am I?
sorry for the last one now i have run this one with asp.net 2.0, it contains just one aspx page its an ajax base nice file explorer you can make user control of it and use it.. heres the link
Try MB.Filebroser (http://filemanager.sisteminterattivi.org/). It is installable via nuget.org. An code is maintained on GitHub. You can use stand alone or connevted with CKEditor or Tiny MCE.

Take a look at FileUltimate: ASP.NET File Manager and forget the rest.
File Manager Control for ASP.NET WebForms and ASP:NET MVC 3+ (.NET Framework 4.0+).
