Apparently using EnableCopyBeforeBuild to copy files to a separate (Source) directory before building the project also copies Hidden directories which are no longer marked as Hidden in the "Source" directory so when the project builds the directories are
copied to the final Release or Debug directory.
This is a problem for me because my source control (SourceGear Vault) creates Hidden directories named _sgvault in many of the directories in my project. It would be a pain to have to go through all the directories every time to take them back out.
My question is:
I've tried creating an ItemGroup with wildcards to encompass all of the _sgvault directories and them remove them with RemoveDir but I can't seem to create a wildcard item group of directories.
Any other suggestions regarding what I can do to allow me to continue using EnableCopyBeforeBuild without copying those hidden directories would be appreciated.

Heya, i've never had too much luck with the RemoveDir option. That said, i'm guessing this is a feature -- just how the product is programmed. The best solution is, as u tried, to use the ItemGroup and remove all the directories. maybe copy the hidden directories
to the destination and THEN remove them, as another option?
That said, and a bit offtopic, you can get a proper YUI Compressor for .NET here:
much better that your solution, as linked to above. no java requirements, etc. etc. check it out.
