Is your CMS site to be intranet or extranet?
You may wish to consider restricting the HTML that can be used. If so look at the HTML check functions in the CommonData project at

Did you download FCKEditor.NET from
It is "ASP.Net Control to easily integrate FCKeditor on .Net web pages."

yes, i have down load that added to my tool box, it says i need to download fck editor js also, so i downloaded fckeditor 2.6.3 and i don't know where to save it.
do i need to save it inside the asp.net project or some where else, i have added dll file thats fine. so when i create sample page with fck editor and brows it it gives
HTTP Error 404 - Not Found
how to solve this problem. Do you think that links you have sent to me contains better editor than FCK please tell me.

According to the price list at
http://cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+WYSIWYG+Editor/Purchase+CuteEditor+for+.NET/default.aspx, it is $499 per developer seat.
Fckeditor is somewhat cheaper - by $499/developer seat!
