I had a calendar control created which works well, but now when I try to use it inside of a repeater control, I cannot set the ID of the control dynamically. It only works if I specifically hardcode it at design time.
Apparently this has something to do with the ItemCreated event firing before the onItemDataBound event (which is where i was trying to set the ID. I also tried to simply bind to it inside of the itemTemplate). So it's trying to create my calendar before
it has an ID set.
I'm fairly new at custom controls, so I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how I could fix my control so that it would work inside of a repeater?

Although the ID of calendar controls you created is not be generated dynamcially, you can modify the ID in the following phase. I suggest you to use the new guid to give a try, then to check if it can be assiged with the ID in run time.
