I am creating a Custom HttpHandler. I created the assembly, registered it using regasm, and gave the reference in my application.
Then I put the entry in my web.config as
<add verb ="*"
were MyAssembly is my assembly (MyAssembly.dll) and MyHandler is the class.
The problem is that when I am running the application it throws the error as:
"Parser Error Message:
Could not load file or assembly 'MyAssembly.MyHandler' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
Can anyone give me a suggestion on this ?

You must use "MyAssembly.MyHandler,MyHandler". The syntax is [Class],[Assembly] instead of [Assembly],[Class].

I searched quite a while to find this part of the solution...
You probably need to configure the site in IIS so the custom file extension is handled by ASP.NET. Look at the section in the following link that discusses this:
