I am currently looking for VPS Hosting solution that will support ASP.NET 3.5, SQL Server 2005, and AJAX. So far I've looked between MaximumASP and webhost4life. But not sure which one to go with. Any suggestions or feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I have accounts with both: kickassvps.com & fullcontrol.net and both work great.
Fulcontrol - they offer phone support, kickassvps via ticketing system.
Kickassvps - they use Virtuozzo when Fullcontrol uses MS Virtual Server
At this moment both companies offer smartermail & smarterstats licence with every VPS (for kickassvps that is new)
Fullcontrol they offer free dns zone manager and with kickassvps you have to pay for it (if you decide to use it from them)
Anyway both companies provide good product and that is the important thing.

I would suggest to look for hosts running Hyper-V if you are doing a Windows VPS.

When you say support Ajax, ASP.net and SQL 2005 are you looking for a managed solution? Any VPS will support what you install in it=) Truthfully thou install SQL 2005 server on a VPS is kinda going kill the vps resources before you even get of the ground
if you ask me. The requirements for SQL 2005 is 512ram. I would suggest a full server to support the SQL2005 or shared SQL bd you can use. We run a Server Intellect VPS with a shared SQL db and have not had any db or shared SQL problems. What do you need the
full SQL for?

I'm using a VDS powered by MS Virtual Server 2005 at www.dotnetpark.com (Actually I'm using several of them, but 1 is mine when others are my customers' ones.) SQL 2005 is running fine there, but you are right, I pay for RAM add-on, because default RAM size
is not enough for comfortable using of SQL+Smartermail. However if you do not need Smartermail (it eats lots of RAM), you can run SQL without upgrading your VDS.

I use a VPS at HostMySite.com and they are the best host I have seen yet. Very reliable and great customer service.

No complaints I know with maximum but I have with webhost. What price range and what are your hosting needs?
