Just wondering: has anyone actually successfully used the move mailbox procedure without generating additional headaches?
We're replacing some hardware (MBX) and are wondering what the best way is to move the users over.
Thx in advance for comments and suggestions!

Do you mean Exchange Provider 2007::MoveMailbox?
This procedure just calls Move-Mailbox cmdlet. So, it does the same as regular Exchange 2007 admin UI, but without any visual response about operation progress.
Your "additional headaches" are same as before in HMC 3.5 - you have to update Resource Manager. Deallocate mailbox in old store, allocate in new one, plus (probably) update owning organization allocations as well.

I was actually refering to the Hosted Email 2007::MoveMailbox procedure (as noted in another post).
Have to confess - not sure what the difference is behind the scenes ....

Looks like Hosted Email 2007::MoveMailbox can do all necessary deallocation/allocations now ...
Probably it will work ;-)
