We are attempting to set up a HMC 4.5 environment for hosted email. We got everything working and tested about a week ago. We were testing the last step to migrate a user across forests from our 2003 Exchange servers to the new system which runs 2007 Exchange.
The old system is not using HMC. we were able to use the sampleprovisioningui last week. Sometime during migrating the user and possibly Microsoft updates from Tuesday we have lost functionality of the sample ui. below is a picture of what we see from the
hosting admin account.
As you can see there is nothing showing up. I looked in active directory and I see this.
So I asume there is no problems with that. I removed the user we migrated over with admt and that did not fix the issue. I can add and remove users and such with the provtest commands from the provisioning back end server without any problems. This appears
to be some issue with the front end server not getting the structure from the active directory. Does anyone have any ideas on what could have caused this and how to fix it?
Some things we tried:
Uninstall/Reinstall webprovisioningui on the front end box.
Verifying all of the MPS stuff we can from the back end box with the MPS Deployment tool. That all seems to check out fine.
Had MPS Deployment Tool recreate the hosting folder after deleting it manually and then used provtest to recreate the business and consumer orginizations.

I am having the same issue, did you ever get this fixed? The only difference is that I cannot recall that I have changed anything, 3 weeks ago the reseller lost all the cutomers and last night the cutomers lost all the customer accounts. Everything is there
behind the scenes, just not there when logged into the SampleProvisiogUI.

IT seems a bit old as it's 3 years old this post, but did you ever solve this issue?
