our exchange machine would not send any mail outside . Our queue was growing out of control.We try to restart the smtp service but queus remains as it is.and when i select the retry one from the queue list it shows unable to bind to the destination server.any

first check wether the Smarthosts you use are reachable.
Then post your Question to an Exchange-Forum (just a recommendation from me), I think you will get more help there, since this doesn't seem a HMC-Related problem

Thanks for your reply, ours is HMC3.5 the exact error is when we click the emails in queue it shows Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS, the state shows that retry..but the queue is incresing and not moving anymore..

Check you DNS servers, it sounds like they can not be found. Do an IPCONFIG and see where you Exchange server is check for DNS, then make sure you can hit it and the queries are working. You may need to restart the exchange server/services where the queues
