I am trying to build a localized application and I am having a problem with the .resx files.
If my aspx file is in the root directory, it will owrk perfectly fine but not if I have it in a tree strcuture such as folder1/folder2/myPage.aspx
Anyidea how on the settings I need to make to have folder1/folder2/myPage.aspx knows about its resx page?

The Resx files that is used to localized the page and which is palced in AppLocalResources Folder must be placed in the same page directory ,
I mean it must be placed in the "App_LocalResources" which must be placed in the same heirarchy of the localized page ( the same aplies for usercontrols)
Note that this is not required for Global resources files , which is placed in the main website diorectory and can be accessed from any level through

Thanks for your reply but I am not sure I understood your solution.
Let's say I have folder in the root directory called System and I want to localize a page in that folder.
The path of my page is: /System/Test.aspx
I tried using /App_LocalResources/Test.aspx.resx and /App_LocalResources/System/Test.aspx.resx with no luck.
The thing that drives me nuts is that when I put my Test.aspx in the root directory ( /Test.aspx ), it works perfectly fine.

Assume the page path is : /System/Test.aspx
then the resx file must be in
/System/App_LocalResources Directory and not /App_LocalResources
