I have a Question..
I want to create a Multi_lingual webpage. But what is the differences between LocalResources and GlobalResources???
Ehich one should I use?

LocalResource must be used to store the Locliazed values that is related to the pages or usercontrols , like productName label text Or Alerts Messages like Product Deleted ....
But global Resources must be used to store a generic and global keys like localizing the True and False or Yes and No texts ....

Thanks for the answer. I saw the learning video... and it showed that it was possible with global resources to make text changes also...
So it workes fine with local and global.

Yes , you can use any one , but its recommended to use the global file for the feneric error messages or for localizing the exceptions ,
but you must store the page specific strings in the page local reosurce file , also you can't use the implicit localization if you used global resource file.
let me know if you still confused

Global: lbl.Text = Resources.Resource.Term;
Local: lbl.Text = GetLocalResourceObject("Term").ToString();
