I have wasted hours trying to make my asp.net menu that is driven by websitemap.I still cannot make this work!!!! I have tried different approaches and not sure what I am doing wrong.
This is what I did
What Am i doing wrong????
The only doubt i have is that I have a folder called MasterPages and within it i have my "Site.Master" and there is a localization Folder there as well and the resourcekey of the asp.net menu seems to be pointed there "mainMenuResource1".
I hope it's all clear .this is driving me crazy!!!

can be made into
then in your sitemappath in the template you can do an inline iif
the new title_fra is exposed if you use the brackets....
