I've been searching the forums and blogs for an solution to my problem but have been unable to find one.
What I need to do is deploy the aspx pages of my web application to a specific folder and to deploy the binaries to another specific folder (not bin under the folder containing the aspx pages).
The reason for this is that the application is an extension to MSCRM4.0. The guidlines advocate deploying the aspx files to a subfolder of the ISV folder in the MSCRM website and the binaries to the bin folder for the website.CRM4.0 has an httpmodule that
rewrites urls and fixes up the paths so it all hangs together properly when deployed in this way. The guidlines advise using a web deployment project to acheive this. However I can't find a way to separate the deployment locations for the pages and the binaries.
Does anyone know how this can be achieved?

Bin folder in an ASP.NET website makes available DLL to all of the pages within the application.
If you don't want to put the DLL in the Bin folder of your website, you can try to insert them in the GAC on the server.

I hope this helps.
