Why does ASP 3.5 deny write permissions for the below statement? Exact same statement works fine when run under ASP 2.0.
using (StreamWriter w =
"Loc_" + Request.QueryString["State"] +
"_" + Request.QueryString["City"] +
Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'D:\Web\XXXXXXXXX\web\Loc_MA_BOSTON.html' is denied.

Thought I set this issues to resolved - below is solution we found
Log on to server, open Explorer, right click on folder you are trying to write to, select group NETWORK SERVICE, check MODIFY in permissions.
I remain curious to know what changes Visual Studio 2008 makes to folder access permissions when converting a 2.0 web to 3.5.
