1)How do i integrate it with my application. Should i use dynamic data template or asp.net website or web app template..
2)Kindly help me with the work flow. What exactly do the user controls do..for each data type we have ascx
3)and what do list.aspx detailslist.aspx and details.aspx do?
4) Can I filter the data columns of a particular table..what i did was manually commenting the lines of code in data model so that those columns are not displayed.. But wat is the right way of doin it?

The release on Code Gallery includes some documentation that should give you a good introduction to Dynamic Data, so you may want to start there. For #4, you'll want to use a [ScaffoldColumn(false)]
attributes on the columns you don't want on your model partial class.

Thanks david but I am unable to use [Scaffolding ] or [Range] Basically System.web.DynamicData dlll is not available to me.. I have installed asp.net 3.5 extensions

Make sure you follow the installation instructions on
Code Gallery to get the latest Dynamic Data. Basically, you first need to install VS 2008 SP1 Beta and then update Dynamic Data to the latest build.

Since you've worked on Iron python too. Could you please tell me if ASP.NET 3.5 extensions support Dynamic languages?

At this time, IronPython support is only available as part of the July 2007 ASP.NET Futures. Here is the
forum to use for things that related to it.

I am totally new to dynamic languages.
So i can safely say ASP.NET 3.5 extensions does not support Iron python,Ruby and other dynamic languages. Isn't it?

Correct, ASP.NET 3.5 itself does not come with Dynamic Language support. However, we very much have this on the radar for the next version.

Thanks a lot david.
And I have another issue. I want to have custom routing. As in if url is product/Beverages It's routed to ProductController. Hence we are forced to write Controller as a suffix to our controller. Can I make this ProdutcCtrl and still make it work?
Hoping for a reply. Thanks..

You are referring to using a controller, so I'm guessing you are using ASP.NET MVC? If so, please try
this forum, where you'll find all the MVC experts.

David , One more thing.
To support Dynamic Data in MVC do I have to install The update for Visual Studio 2008 SP1 Beta and .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 Beta?

You need to be running the latest Dynamic Data per
this page. This is a sample on running both MVC and DD in the same app
