Visual Studio 2008 stores a lot of it's generated project information files in the user profile, which causes problems when logging off, as profiles can sometimes be 100MB or so over their limit.
Excluding these folders from the user's profile isn't an option as they will be deleted upon logoff, and would need to be re-generated.
Instead, is there a way within Visual Studio, or some other workaround to redirect the following folder paths to a location outside of the user's profile (e.g. somewhere on the local machine instead):
C:\Documents and Settings\PROFILE_NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\ReflectedTypeLibs
C:\Documents and Settings\PROFILE_NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\VisualStudio\9.0\ReflectedSchemas

Currently there is no way to redirect file locations. However, I filed a suggestion to provide the option in VS10.
