i appreciate you'r kindess and will to help.
if you can answer my question that i have it will be great,
i want to create a control that would contain a tree urls , so the user could nevigate troughout my web sites,
and i dont want to add the same urls every web, therefor the custom control exist right?
but i dont know how to create one in vs 2008 .
it will be great if some one could guid me troughout the proccess of adding one.

I think you should use masterpages do access this goal. In this masterpage you can set your treeview with your urls which are equal on each page.

VS 2005 has proided the TreeView control in toolbox navgation tab. You can add it in master pages and configure it as Armin says. I think it has to be in 2008 too.

Lesson no 6 is about Master pages and lesson 20, 15 are about site navigation.

Just select masterpages from your project explorer --> right click --> add item
After you have added you masterpage you can add childpages. Just add a new page an set you mark on "use masterpage" on add new item dialog.
