I created our website localization in ASP.net2.0. We have a problem. If we made any change for our resource file .RESX stored in folder app_GlobalResource, we need to publish our source code. after searching .net in MSDN I find Resx/ResourceReader/ResxResourceWriter
can let me avoid this problem. But I find the Visual Studio.net built satellite assemblies for my resource files. My .resx files were changed into .dll files. I can get my .resx file for using these 2 classes. Can anyone help me for this?

Refer this article:
Also, you can edit resources at runtime if you are not using precompiled deployment scenario.
Hope this helps,

Thank you very much. After talking with my programming fellow, he doesn't agree to use the thirty party components before we get all codes legalically. I am thinking where can I use these 2 classes and why does microsoft give us this kind of classes? They
are very useful for managing my local .resx files.
